Description

The Power That Made The Body Heals The Body!

General Info

In my office a patient gets one on one attention for their care, usually spending around an hour for the intake/first visit to do a thorough chiropractic exam including thermal EMG of the spine & full spine x-rays, then report findings & start care. Follow-up correction visits last about 5-10 minutes. I have time to cover the issues needing to be taken care of with each patient and explaining all that is necessary. I use the Gonstead system, which helps me be very detailed, allowing me to perform specific adjustments with gentle care and ease. Removing the interference to the nervous system helps the body better heal itself, just like fixing a shorted wire in your electrical system in your house - we turn the power back on! We offer: Spine X-Rays Full Diagnosis Adjustments Massage Therapy Deep Tissue Massage A quick look at Dr Day: A graduate of the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport I have been fully licensed since 2001 and have run my own clinic since 2002. I constantly strive to further my knowledge and skills by attending seminars that cover all areas of chiropractic, from running an office to adjusting techniques. I have completed over 200 hours in the Gonstead Methodology, Inc. seminar program. I am a member of the Iowa Chiropractic Society, serving as the 2004-2008 Marshall Central District President and as the 2008-2011 Marshall Central District Director. I am also involved in the Ames community, as a member of the Ames Charter Chapter of the American Business Women's Association, voted their 2004 Woman of the Year, and served as the 2004-2006 President, and in the Ames Chamber. I am continually working to spread the news of chiropractic and the benefits of a healthy nervous system and body, for a lifetime of wellness.

Payment Methods

Cash

Check

Debit

Master Card

Visa

Opening Hours

Mo 09:00-18:00

Tu 01:00-19:00

We 10:00-17:00

Th 01:00-19:00

Fr 10:00-17:00
