Swedish massage is relaxing and can facilitate a decrease in muscle tension that everyday stress from daily living can cause.  
 
 
Trigger Point Massage this is a more specific type of touch with a multitude of techniques designed to work on a deeper level of muscle tissue. A Trigger Point is an area in the muscle tissue that becomes knotted due to pain, stress, or injury.  This knot cuts off circulation to that area of the muscle thereby cutting off the supply of nutrients and oxygen.  The idea behind TP Therapy is to bring blood and oxygen back into the muscle to feed it with much needed nutrients that it has been deprived of due to the knotting.  
 
 
CranioSacral Therapy this is an osteopathic technique using the rhythm of the cerebral spinal fluid of each individual to look for areas where there is physical misalignment.  The practitioner follows this pulse and helps to unwind areas of previous injury or stress.  We use a series of holds and light touch techniques to restore balance to each individuals system.  This helps restore our client's health where natural healing can take place.  The approach is non-invasive and painless but extremely effective.
