I have clients are male and female, young and old. I design a massage for YOU. This will not be a "fluff and buff" massage. I pay attention to the muscles I am working on throughout your massage. I also do not believe massage must be painful to be effective. While there may be some discomfort with certain injuries or exercise induced muscle soreness it will be kept to a minimum.
