Aromatherapy oils, heated massage tools, body brushing with raw silk gloves, and sugar foot scrubs can be included in any session upon request at no extra cost.   Thai Yoga Massage/ on the mat Thai massage is often called "lazy man's yoga" because for much of the treatment the client is being moved into assisted yoga poses and stretches. Broad and specific compression is used to stimulate acupressure points along the sen lines and relieve tightness in the muscles. Traditionally, no oil or lotion is used during this treatment and it is preformed on a padded floor mat with the client clothed.
