Our Therapist combine Myofascial release (a pain relief and range of motion technique) with Pilates based techniques to achieve improvements in posture and alignment. Structural mal-alignments from improper muscle pull on the spine and other joints, are the main reasons (besides injury) that a patient experiences pain. Re-alignment is achieved by stretching and strengthening of appropriate muscle groups by creating a stronger core. All this helps in improving patients pain as well as prevention of re-injury of the same or a different body part.We concentrate and treat the cause of the pain not just the symptoms with intense one on one focused sessions needed to accomplish their particular goals.
