Following in his mother’s footsteps, in 1982 Jack Call opened the doors to the first AVEDA Concept Salon on the West Coast with the dream of developing a creative team of well-educated and highly trained individuals who shared his passion of spreading love and beauty. Originally located on 6th Ave in Tacoma, JAX moved to downtown Gig Harbor on Judson Street. In 2008 JAX moved to its current location on Harborview Drive while simultaneously expanding into a spa. Jack humbly dedicates the last 30 years of success to his mother’s inspiration and mentorship.
